VOIP phone systems are an ideal tool to reduce call costs and facilitate easier home working. Navigate can help configure such systems to allow call routing between geographically separate sites. There is no real barrier to where the sites are located - whether it is a remote office in the same town or on a separate continent, the principal for routing the traffic is the same. We have helped companies to flatten their telephony structure by linking sites and providing extensions directly into home workers. This allows calls to be made between the offices and the home worker with no call costs. As there is a single phone system all calls are treated as internal and extension numbers are able to "roam" with users.
