At the heart of every IT solution is the hardware, which is often overlooked and taken for granted. Navigate Solutions is committed to supplying only proven quality hardware.

All devices ordered will be shipped directly to our offices where they will be tested free of charge by one of our engineers before being released to you as a customer. This eliminates “dead on arrival” issues and ensures you receive working equipment at the most competitive prices. Any upgrades or expansions will be fitted at time of testing and as much software install as possible will also be done. We can then bring this to your site when you are ready for it. This allows us to spend less time on your premises and therefore disrupt your business less. You simply keep working the way you have been until the agreed time and date. Not everything can be done off site but we will do all we can to limit the inconvenience to you. All items will be covered by manufacturer warranty, however Navigate also provide support schemes for additional piece of mind. As a support customer Navigate Solutions will provide onsite support for any hardware you have, whether purchased from us or not. An engineer will attend your site and issues can usually be resolved by the next business day.
